Kids, want to be a part of something special?
You can join Dr. Wendy's Cavity Free Club. First, you must have regular cleanings and exams. Second, you have to take care o your teeth and have no cavities. If you qualify, you become a member of Dr. Wendy's Cavity Free Club. You will receive special T-shirt to celebrate your accomplishment.
And kids, don't worry if you have a sugar bug (cavity). Once Dr. Wendy takes care of you and your sugar bug, you can become a member too.
All kids get prizes for being super kids along with toothbrushes and their own berry flavored floss at each visit.
