Studies show that dental health affects your overall body health and well-being. Our goal is to assist you with preventive care and restorative procedures to keep your smile looking and feeling great. We know that planning your dental services to fit into your budget is important.

We will always do our best to keep you informed about your treatment and fees in advance and assist you with making payment arrangements for your care. To avoid billing costs and make care affordable for all of our patients, we ask for payment when services are provided.

Dental Insurance

Your dental insurance is an important benefit that you work hard for. Our team is committed to helping you maximize your insurance coverage to support your dental health.

If you have dental insurance, please provide your insurance group number, policy number, ID number and claims address when you call to make your appointment (You can usually find this information on your insurance card or in your plan booklet). We will need this information in order to file your claims for you.

  • Please complete our registration forms and sign the ‘signature on file’ release to authorize your insurance company to pay our office directly.

  • We will estimate your dental insurance coverage before providing treatment and ask that you expect to pay any deductibles or co-payments at the time of service.

  • If you do not know your dental insurance information, we suggest checking with your human resources or payroll department to get the details of your plan.

  • If your insurance changes, please let us know before your next appointment.

Estimating Your Dental Insurance Reimbursement

While dental insurance is a helpful benefit, dental plans vary greatly and often change from year to year. Unfortunately, dental insurance companies do not give us the exact reimbursement amount until after the procedure is performed and the claim is reviewed by the insurance carrier. With this in mind, we do emphasize that estimated insurance is not a guarantee of payment.
