What to Expect
At your first appointment, we want to get to know you! Along with learning about you personally, we will ask you questions about your dental and medical health. This will help us make the proper recommendations for your dental care.
Dr. Holder will examine your teeth and gums, and talk with you about your previous dental experiences. Every smile is different, so she will review any concerns or recommendations to maintain your dental health. Learn more about dental care for your family.
Your Child's First Visit
If this is your child's first visit to the dentist, we will plan to entertain them while we ‘count’ their teeth. Our goal is to prevent dental problems as their teeth develop, so we will always do our best to make coming to the dentist a fun trip that they look forward to. We know that establishing good dental habits at a young age can benefit your child for a lifetime!

What to Bring
Along with your completed registration forms, please be sure to bring the following to your first visit with us:
- A complete list of any medications, herbs or other supplements that you are currently taking
- Insurance Card and Driver's License
- Your physician's name and phone number, along with your pharmacy information (for us to keep on file)
- A face mask (if you do not have one, we can provide one) for COVID-19 precautions
- Any dentures or partials, nightguard or other removable dental appliances that you are currently using (or would like to use)
